INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING SESSIONS
Therapy is meant to be tailored to the individual so that their specific needs are met. Our counseling sessions cover a wide variety of therapeutic modalities. Whether you struggle with anxiety, depression, or another mental health concern, we are here work with you as we navigate these challenges.
Our first session will be used to gather information and begin to set goals. From there, we will develop a plan that will move us towards accomplishing the goals that have been set. This often means achieving a better understanding of the issues presented, increasing self-awareness, and learning different strategies to use that will help you reach your goals.
